The Great Wall Marathon - May 21, 2011

Cancellation Fees:
$150 per person prior to February 20, 2011
$200 per person February 21, 2011 – March 20, 2011
$250 per person March 21, 2011 – April 20, 2011
No Refund after April 20, 2011

Let’s Travel and the Great Wall Marathon will provide a high standard of service and reliability at all times, however, should delays occur in the course of the planned itinerary, Let’s Travel and the Great Wall Marathon in conjunction with the involved parties will use reasonable endeavors to mitigate their effects. In these circumstances, the liability of Let’s Travel and the Great Wall Marathon shall be limited to a refund to the participants of a proportional part of the contract price for any part of the GWM 2011 package not completed. If the Chinese authorities cancel or change the basic conditions prior to departure, Let’s Travel and the Great Wall Marathon will inform the participant, however, Let’s Travel and the Great Wall Marathon shall have no further liability to the participant whatsoever under such circumstances. Let’s Travel and the Great Wall Marathon reserved the right to change arrangement if it is required for operational reasons. Participants will be notified of changes at the earliest possible opportunity. If there is a price difference between the services, the proportional part will be either refunded or added.

Package prices are based on the exchange rate of 6.7RMB to the US Dollar if the exchange rate drops below 6.35RMB the Great Wall Marathon reserves the right to adjust the package price.

The Big Five Marathon

The Big Five Marathon® in South Africa is to be held among the wildlife of the African savannah. Runners from all over the world will meet in one of the most spectacular "Big Five" game reserves in Africa. In these magnificent surroundings, one can combine exciting game drives with a challenging marathon route going right through the habitat of the most famous African game: Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, Lion and Leopard. No fences, no rivers, nothing at all separates the runners from the African wildlife.

-The Red Cross Big Five Marathon is timed by Champion Chip timing system. If you do not have a Champion Chip, you must purchase one.
